When executing a Legionary action, in addition to your regular action you can also choose an incomplete building from each of your victims. The chosen building must match the demanded color and must have no Material under it. Take the Foundation card and put it into your Stockpile. Take the Site card and add it to your Influence.
Example
You own a Domus Aurea. You have followed a Legionary action with a Legionary card. You reveal a red card from hand and demand Brick. One of your victims has an incomplete School with no material under it. In addition to all other Legionary effects against that player, you tear down your victim's School. You put the School card itself into your Stockpile, as a Brick material. You put the Site card into your Influence, adding 2 Influence to your score.
